Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

Coffee: Any un-opened bean bags (1kg-250g) are able to be returned within reason, unfortunately bean bags that have been unsealed, opened or used are unable to be returned.

Retail: Any used retail items are unable to be returned. If there is an issue with the quality or content of the item then it MAY be returned under revision.

*We do not accept returns for change of mind*

For all returning enquiries, email [email protected] including the below:

- Photo of item and issue

- Screenshot of invoice

- Reason for returning

- Full name, number and returning address

From here the enquiry will be evaluated and responded to within 2-3 business days.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 30 days from the date of order.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
We have 3 options for all returns post enquiry approval:

1. Send the item back via shipping 

2. Bring the item in to our cafe - Shop 11a, 1880 Ferntree Gully Road, Fernree Gully 3156 - Mountain Gate Shops

3. Bring the item in to our factory (STA).

HOW do customers return items?
Email our support team for any return enquiries, allow for 2-3 business days for a response. From there, our support team will guide you through the most efficient returns process for you.

SHIPPING for returns?
Return shipping rates will be at the expense of the customer. Once the return request is approved by our team, we will provide the shipping address.

CREDIT for returns?
Credits are available at the discretion of our team.


Instore return option?
Post enquiry and return confirmation, feel free to return the item to our Chosen Bean Cafe - Shop 11a 1880 Ferntree Gully Road, Ferntree Gully 3156 - Mountain Gate Shops. Why not enjoy a specialty coffee while you're in there too!

Opening hours: Mon-Fri 6am ~ 4pm | Sat-Sun 7am ~ 4pm

Time of operations may differ on Easter, Christmas, New Years and Public holidays. 


Packing materials?
Please keep the items in the original packaging for any returns.
